EcoElektric Premium Project Support Package
The Premium Project Support Package offers top-tier Technical Support for Solar and Storage Systems. This includes services for both new and existing systems in three different phases.
Phase 1: Project Development
In Phase 1, a dedicated Project Success Manager will provide personalized service to connect you with solutions. Additionally, a Project Portal will be available with all necessary designs, installation manuals, spec sheets, and technical notes in one convenient location. A project plan with a three-line diagram and permit package will also be provided, along with system performance estimates and optional electrical or structural stamps for purchase. Support for permitting and interconnection will be available as well, with assistance in research and form completion.
Phase 2: Project Installation
Phase 2, focused on Project Installation, includes the option for parts to be consolidated into a single shipment. White glove delivery with enhanced shipping insurance is also available upon request. The package also includes a 30-day return policy with no restocking fee, priority phone and email support, and a live video review of system commissioning. Access to premium installation guides and videos is also included.
Phase 3: Operation and Maintenance
In Phase 3, Operation and Maintenance, the package offers 24/7 system monitoring and performance reports with the purchase of a capable product. Periodic maintenance reminders for panel cleaning and inspection, battery cycling, and inverter inspection will also be provided. And in the event of a warranty claim, the package includes support for processing and filing. As a thank you, a gift package of hand-selected items such as tools, multimeters, battery monitors, portable power packs, portable solar panels, and solar jobsite radios will be sent to you for your project.
